Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being marked undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
